Why We're in Recruiting?
The simple answer is that we love what we do and think we do it not only better, but much differently, than anyone else in the space.
The more in depth answer is a little more complicated. In the legal world, I’ve been in your shoes. Quite honestly, the first few hires I made in my law firm were disasters. Don’t get me wrong, these folks were great people, but they were not fits for the culture amongst other issues. I tried using recruiters at one point and was not impressed with the results. It fealt to me like they were just dumping names on me and hoping for the best. During a seminar, I was exposed to the concept of how personality traits dictate performance in various job types. After incorporating personality testing and a few other variables into our interview process, every hire I made was a long-term, successful employee. My favorite things about the practice of law were making employment decisions, giving clients exceptional service and networking. Combining these passions led me to establish a recruiting agency that provides solutions for your business.
